Dwayne is the lead pastor at Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which was founded by him in 2007. He is the pastor's director for the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is passionate about equipping the next generation of Biblical counselors. He is a member of the director's board for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of numerous online publications as well as a contributing author in Christ-Centered biblical counseling: Changing lives with God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne has three children along with the wife Leslie.
